RESPONSIBILITIES
* Handle daily booking with shipper and communicate with overseas
branches/agents
* Coordinate with overseas agents regarding cargo status of outbound
air shipment
* Coordinate with internal department for daily operation
* Provide back-up support to teammates
REQUIREMENTS
* Form 5 or above
* Minmum 5-year relevant working experience in airfreight forwarding
industry is preferred
* Proficiency of spoken and written English & Mandarin
* Good customer servicing skills, patient and proactive
* Willing to learn & work under pressure
