The primary goal for the DEALER RETENTION SPECIALIST WILL BE TO
INCREASE CUSTOMER RETENTION AND BOOST PERFORMANCE FOR CARGURUS
CUSTOMERS IN THE UK. YOU WILL WORK CLOSELY WITH THE DEALER RELATIONS
MANAGERS TO ANALYSE COMMON CAUSES OF RETENTION AND PROVIDE ACTIONABLE
SOLUTIONS TO HELP DRIVE DOWN COMPANY CHURN.

AS A SEASONED SALES PROFESSIONAL, IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU ARE
PERSUASIVE AND SELF-MOTIVATED WITH STRONG NEGOTIATING SKILLS. YOU WILL
MANAGE YOUR OWN TIME AND PRIORITIES WHILE MEETING MONTHLY GOALS.
