AREA DIRECTOR BASED IN MULLINGAR (LWM)

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING
SKILLS FOR THE ROLE OF THE AREA DIRECTOR

Have capacity to perform the role, whilst ensuring that the Muiriosa
Foundation?s values and mission are guiding principles for
implementing all operational aspects of service delivery through the
line management and transdisciplinary support structure.

These positions require the person to possess excellent managerial,
leadership, problem solving skills and ability to strongly advocate
for the people we support both regionally and organizationally.

The Area Directors will become ?Single point of accountability?
for all activity within their area of responsibility.

Planning and development of community based localized services within
allocated budgets.

Must have a strong knowledge of National Disability Policy, HIQA
standards and New Directions.

Have Relevant Qualification for the role.

Relevant management experience is essential (Management experience at
a senior level is desirable).

Have Excellent communication skills.

Have a Full current driving license.
