* Establish and maintain communication to ensure the smooth transition
of database changes from development to production environments in
adherence with the development lifecycle
* Improve/define team processes that will add value to the business

Key Skills & Experience:
* Advanced knowledge of SQL server data stores
* Advanced knowledge of indexes (Index management, index design, index
optimisations and index statistics)
* Advanced knowledge of SQL server performance tuning
* Knowledge of SQL Server database upgrades
* Good knowledge of Chnage Data Capture
* Good knowledge of SQL Server DMO&#**Apply on the website**;s (Around
Statistics, data store and performance)
* Database Administration in general for MSSQL Server both on-prem and
cloud platforms
