ARC Cancer Support: Client Services & Marketing Executive
JOB TITLE: CLIENT SERVICES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE
FULL TIME, PERMANENT

REPORTS TO: Services Manager

CORE PURPOSE(S): To support the Services Manager in the overall
delivery of the Services Function within ARC, including Marketing,
Communications, Services Development and Client Relationship
Management

RESPONSIBILITIES:

_General_

* Work closely with Services Manager to plan, develop, implement and
maintain both current and new services, courses and programmes based
on client needs and requests
* Support with Project Delivery
* Support with the recruitment of potential volunteers and
therapists
* Professionally work with the therapists, ensuring smooth operation
of the day-to-day services

_Services Marketing Support_

* Update the monthly services brochure and disseminate to hospital
and medical professionals and upload to the website & social media
* Develop Services Content for Social Media, ARC Website, Client
Newsletters & Other Marketing Supports
* Support with management and delivery of Client Communications Plan
* Support with management and delivery of Health Care Professionals
Communications Plan
* Liaise with key external contacts such as the Oncology Departments
of the main hospitals, Daffodil Centres and other relevant contacts to
promote and advertise ARC?s services to patients
* Support with Production of Marketing Collateral

_Research, Reporting & Analysis_

* Provide support with client research and market research
* Support with reporting and Management Information requests
* Support with the evaluation of Services Effectiveness and Client
Communications

_Administration_

* Carry out ad hoc duties as requested by the Services Manager
* Liaise with all third parties regarding the following services:
Printing, Stationery, Website, Design

_Client database_

* Support with client database management and amending when necessary
all client information and produce reports and documents as required

EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS:

* Liaise with other centre coordinators/managers, Services and
Fundraising & Communications team members across the organisation
* Liaise with Volunteers, Therapists and Clients
* Liaise with external contractors and service providers

QUALIFICATIONS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE:

* At least **Apply on the website** years experience gained in a
similar environment.
* Proven initiative and demonstrated ability to develop, drive and
deliver ideas to plan
* Excellent technical skills in all elements of Microsoft Office,
Outlook and an ability to use several different technology platforms
* Fluent English with strong communication skills, both written and
oral
* Motivated and energetic self-starter who takes initiative
* Ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects
* Excellent attention to detail
* Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

DESIRABLE:

* 3rd level qualification or relevant experience.
* Database (e.g. Salesforce) and website management experience
* Graphic design, video production and/or digital photography skills
an advantage
* Experience gained in a charitable organisation
