Head Chef
We are looking for a new Head Chef to lead & manage our growing Japanese Food Business. Applicants must have experience in managing and running a kitchen, have excellent attention to detail, be HACCP trained & have excellent English. This role would suit a chef with previous catering experience, dealing with producing large volumes to specific time deadlines. Experience in Japanese cuisine and Asian flavours is an advantage. This is an exciting opportunity to help us grow the business, to work on new product development with plenty of scope for innovation.
