YOUR NEW ROLE

Your new role, as Person in Charge, will involve a broad range of
management duties, including making all necessary arrangements to
assist service users in their smooth transition to their new
residence. You will be responsible for ensuring the running of the
service is in line with all relevant policies and procedures,
including the training and induction of new staff, while continuously
embodying the values of your new company.

WHAT YOU?LL NEED TO SUCCEED

In order to succeed in your new role, you will have recent and
relevant Residential Management experience. In addition to this, you
will hold a Level 8 degree in Social Care, or relevant discipline, and
be willing to further your studies in a management discipline. You
will also have working knowledge of Children First, FOI, GDPR,
Disability Act and other relevant legislations.
