ROLE OVERVIEW
* Own a book of business of the Company user or Partner accounts, be
a trusted partner and consultant, and help them grow by demonstrating
the opportunities available through the Company?s business and
advertising solutions.
* Take accountability for the success of the Company users assigned
to you, their satisfaction, and the value they get from the Company
products by taking their perspective and business? needs as the
first priority.
* Constantly strive to expand your clients? Company product usage
through thoughtful onboarding and ongoing training and workshops.
YOUR PROFILE
* Fluent German and English skills both in writing and speaking (C2
level).
* **Apply on the website** years? experience in Customer Success
or Account Management from a tech company, preferably in digital
marketing technology, or any SaaS platform.
* Successful track record in meeting and exceeding revenue/ client
retention and client satisfaction KPIs.
* Skilled in researching and analyzing user needs, intents, and
business cases.
* Ideally have a background in digital marketing, eCommerce, online
bookings, appointment scheduling, or business management software.
