Duties
Build up the client relationships by proactive acting among the
interfaces (operations, sales team). Identify new clients, business
opportunities and persuade them to place business with Topcon
Positioning Ireland (TPIe) and Topcon Positioning Northern Ireland
(TPNI). Provide technical support to customers. Coordinate all new
orders, issues and returns with respect to their area. Study,
understand and report market trends/analysis and how this will affect
the accounts. Prepare, revise and submit sales reports and other
documentation. Distribute information to the internal interfaces and
filtered to the management. Attend internal / external product
trainings. Any other duties as deemed appropriate for the role.

Skills & experience
Strong business development and technical sales experience gained from
a similar sector. Degree in an engineering or technology discipline
focus on construction, land surveying, mapping science, agriculture or
other business-related area or equivalent work experience. Account
management aptitude and skills is a must combined with technical
knowledge. Consultative, collaborative and strategic sales knowledge
with the ability to offer pro-active and creative solutions to
customer and internal requirements. Excellent organisation skills,
with excellent project, planning, change and time management
capabilities, able to manage several projects simultaneously, ensuring
quality, deadlines and expectations are met Strong customer/partner
facing communication skills (both written and verbal). Efficient
communication style, both verbally and written. Strong interpersonal
skills within a professional workspace, working with different
