Mars, Incorporated took a minority stake in Kind Incorporated, and the
companies are now partnering to grow Kind Incorporated?s product
offerings and business globally. Mars, Incorporated has now taken the
lead in expanding the KIND brand outside of the U.S. and Canada.

KIND Snacks are now recruiting for a Business Development Executive to
develop, manage and execute the local market sales plan and increasing
market share.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

This role reports into the KIND Market Manager and supports them to
achieve the overall KIND P&L (NSV, Trade, Overheads, A&CP,
Earnings) for Ireland and is very focused on overall sales delivery.

The successful candidate will be to drive KIND?s strategy to build
the Impulse & Food Service channels, protecting and growing existing
business, whilst targeting and onboarding new customers.

This role requires strong commercial sales knowledge and influencing
capability, with the ability to build effective working relationships
and inspire and motivate stakeholders internally and externally.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
* Seeking out and landing new business, whilst managing current out
of home, impulse and food service customers
* Working closely with our Mars team to agree and implement agreed
joint business plans, including promotional activity and submitting
promotional plans
* Maintaining customer plans, new customer set up, agreeing pricing
and promotional plans
* Meet with customers and track results to ensure plans are executed
as agreed
* Track and report each account?s performance on a monthly basis
* Accurately forecasting volume and trade expenditure
* Providing insights to cross functional teams to support KIND?s
category vision
* All areas of administrative care, including invoicing, new line
forms and tracking all customer?s product codes

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience
* Minimum of 2 years? experience in sales / key account management
* Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint
and Excel
* Knowledge of the FMCG industry and competitive landscape a must
* Working with distribution partners is preferred
* Understanding of in-store tactics and strategies is preferred
