Client Service Team Leader

As a Client Service Team Lead, you will provide client service
relationship management to ensure client satisfaction, retention and
profitability for assigned relationships.

Key

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Client Servicing

Oversee activities that ensure accurate and timely valuation of
portfolios for assigned client relationships

Provide oversight and coordinate execution of periodic fund events
with appropriate internal departments

Provide filtering and escalation for client requests;
Serve as an escalation point for client service issues and
deliverables.

Remain knowledgeable of changing industry initiatives and educate
clients through frequent communications and periodic presentations.

Establish appropriate contacts within client organizations and
internal departments.

Stay abreast of client goals and strategies and identify opportunities
to expand client relationships.

Anticipate and identify clients&#**Apply on the website**; needs in
order to match BBH products and services to those needs.

Build overall credibility and foster trust with clients.
2. Risk and Control

Act as the primary point of escalation for Systems, Operations, and
Risk/Control for any client related issues and proactively manage the
resolution process with frequent updates and satisfaction measures.
3. Strategy

Maintain relationship objectives, developing a proactive relationship
and service plan to ensure an exceptional value-added service to
clients.
4. Technology and Innovation

Utilize relevant internal technology solutions to effectively manage
client inquiries and support client servicing deliverables.

Provide clients with support and insight on new technology, automation
tools and products that are made available by BBHIdentify ways to
improve productivity and efficiency to enhance client experience

Recognize opportunities to achieve greater internal operational
effectiveness

Assist in the coordination of new business, product implementations
and conversions.
5. Leadership and People

Lead and participate in inter-departmental committees and project
teams.

Manage performance issues and disciplinary process for employees
falling below set expectations.

Complete and oversee the completion of the BBH annual performance
review process.

Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to staff to improve individual
and team performance. Manage performance issues and disciplinary
process for employees falling below set expectations.

Qualifications:1.

_EDUCATION_ level and/ or experience

BS/BA degree.
5+ years of related industry experience.

2. Knowledge and Skills

Ability to initiate, plan and follow through projects to completion.

Exceptional client service skills.

Strong aptitude for numbers, accuracy and organization.

Strong inter personal and relationship management skills including the
ability to build internal relationships toward managing client needs.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Creative problem-solving skills including the ability to identify,
recommend and implement solutions.
