This practice can give you the opportunity to work on residential,
commercial, mixed used developments and public works contracts. Your
new role In this role you will focus on fit-out projects in the Dublin
area and work between Galway and Dublin regularly.
This is a largely client facing position for an experienced Architect.
_YOU WILL_ manage a number of fit-out projects, therefore commercial
and residential experience in this area is essential.
_ABILITY TO_ use initiative and have excellent problem-solving
abilities. Excellent knowledge of the Irish building regulations. An
ability to multi task and manage projects at various work stages.
_YOU WILL_ communicate with clients and contractors on project
developments. Proven experience designing and delivering built
projects. Proficiency in BIM What you&#**Apply on the website**;ll
need to succeed
_YOU WILL_ have a third level degree in Architecture, **Apply on the
website** years experience within a practice environment. RIAI or RIBA
registered with post registered experience. Previous experience
working on UK & Ireland projects. Proficient in CAD and Revit. You
must hold a full drivers licences. What you&#**Apply on the
