Currently we are looking to hire the Retail Security Officer for full
time position in our store in Limerick.
About the role:
The Security Officer?s primary responsibility is to ensure the
safety of all store associates and clients, and to assist store
personnel with any disruptions or safety-related issues. The Security
Officer provides a presence at the entrance of the store through
courteous and professional interaction with clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitoring entrances and greeting visitors,Operating CCTV
system,Patrolling premises on foot,Dealing with conflict and diffuse
situations in the professional manner,Dealing with emergencies,Ensure
the safety of all store associates and clients,Providing a high level
of customer service,Providing reports,General security duties and
other reasonable duties that may be assigned from time to time.
About candidate:
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must have the ability to manage staff and deal with issues when they
arise
Ability to provide quality customer service
PSA Licence (preferred),Fluent in English and one of Easter European
Language (Polish, Romanian, Russian, Lithuanian)1+ year?s security
related work experience.
