The Prudential Risk Team within FSA is currently seeking a driven and
self-motivated professional with experience in working in banks and
the regulatory environment.

Prudential Regulation is now a key driver of change within banks and

their own knowledge and skills in the area and grow with the practice.
The Prudential Risk team is composed of senior ex-regulators along
with people from industry and professional services.

The

ROLE:

Due to our continued success an exciting new position has arisen for
an experienced Prudential Risk Associate Director to join our
Prudential Risk team. The Prudential Risk team provides solutions to
regulated entities to help them meet prudential regulatory challenges,
ranging from supervisory reporting to providing technical advice on
key regulations.

This role will be attractive to individuals who can rise to a
challenge, who are adaptable and enjoy working in a dynamic

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting technical regulatory queries;

Participating in clients? regulatory reporting and disclosures to
the market;

Actively assisting clients with prudential supervisory submissions
such as ILAAP, ICAAP and Recovery Planning;

Growing your knowledge as changes in legislation and guidance are
drafted and published;

Participating in face to face meetings with clients and regulators;

Ensuring quality and timely service is delivered to clients;
andAssisting in preparation of presentations and marketing initiatives

The following experience is highly desired:
Minimum of 8 years? experience in banking or professional services;

Detailed knowledge of Prudential regulation (e.g. CRD IV/V, CRR I/II,
EBA ITS & RTS, etc);

Expert in regulatory reporting (COREP, FINREP, LCR and statistical
reporting)
Understanding of banking risk and financial governance, processes and
organisations;

Knowledge of financial reporting;

A work ethic which provides a ?can do? attitude;

An ability to foster trusted relationships;

Good written communication skills and attention to detail;

An ability to quickly learn new skills and knowledge on the job;
andStrong organisational, verbal communication and time management
skills.

Ensuring quality and timely service is delivered to clients;
andAssisting in preparation of presentations and marketing
initiatives.
