Our client is an innovative and forward thinking multinational pharmaceutical company, which manufactures active ingredients and solid oral dosage finished products for worldwide distribution.
Job Description
Reporting to the Operations Manager or designate, the Production Support Specialist will have a key role to play as part of the Production team, with responsibility for:
Effectively representing Production in New Product and Process Introduction activities and overseeing and managing Production trials.
Working as the Change Control Co-ordinator for Production, undertaking investigations of process deviations and implementing process improvements
Providing MES Support and acting as EBR editor for Production
Facilitating TPM and Continuous Improvement (CI) activities
Promoting skill development of the Production team and continuing the review, development and maintenance of KPIs
Auditing SPLs and FLOACs
Actively participating and contributing to multi-disciplinary project team work
Requirements:
Have a minimum of 2 years experience of working in a cGMP Pharmaceutical environment and will have:
3rd level qualification in an Engineering or Science related discipline
Excellent PC skills with proficiency in MES, OEE & ERP systems
Experience in Continuous Improvement initiatives ? ideally with 6 Sigma Green Belt
Experience and/or demonstrated competencies in report writing, problem solving, conducting investigations, statistical analysis and project management - combined with excellent communication skills
Package
Salary: ?35k - 40k pa
Duration: Maternity cover contract
