Job Description
First point of escalation for equipment failures
Owns issue resolution process for major issue in prod
Owns issue resolution process for recurring issues
Runs reliability program – e.g. Inspections, vib analysis..
Supports planner in planning turnarounds
Participates and drives in RCAs (Root Cause Analysis)
Processes deviations through and actions appropriately
Technically supports the event deviation process
Maintenance Engineering Rep for low – medium level Projects (small mods)
Delivers elements of gmars training
Day to Day PM and Inventory management changes
Stores queries on parts received/ordered
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent,
Time served craft advantageous
Relevant experience in API manufacturing plant in a maintenance role
OR
If degree qualified with no craft b/ground - 5+ yrs experience in API manufacturing plant and experience must be in a maintenance role.
Package:
Contract rate of €25 - €35 per hour
Minimum Contract duration: 12 months
