EDUCATION & TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR

Pieta is a not-for-profit organisation based in Ireland providing care
to those impacted by suicidal ideation and self-harm and those
bereaved by suicide. The charity provides a comprehensive range of
prevention services through the education and training department and
intervention and postvention services through our centres and **Apply

Pieta?s Education and Training Department is a central element of
our preventative pillar. The Education and Training Department focuses
on our suicide prevention efforts and aims to work to help people
avoid getting to the point where suicide or self-harm becomes a
consideration for them. The Education and Training Department provides
information and psychoeducation about suicide and self-harm, mental
well-being, and the supports that Pieta offers.

LOCATION: Remote- some travel required

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Education and Training Administrator you will be responsible for
providing the Education and Training team with office support in the
day-to-day operations of the department. In addition, you will help
coordinate and implement office procedures and oversee certain tasks
and projects.

Your responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to the
following:

* Produce up-to-date, accurate, logical, and organised records of all
education and training programmes and activity
* Support with the preparation and issuing of documentation and
reports to the highest possible standard
* Ensure that archives and records are accurate and readily
available for all team members
* Present information and records for reports when required
* Develop and follow clear processes and procedures for
administrative tasks
* Maximise the use of IT, demonstrating excellent computer skills
particularly in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word
* Organise and attend meetings as required and take minutes at
meetings and prepare for timely circulation following meetings
* Manage and monitor education and training emails accounts and
respond in a clear and professional manner
* Support the overall administrative work of the Education and
Training Manager and team

EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

* Must hold a relevant Degree or Diploma qualification, and have a
qualification in administration or office skills.
* At least two years of experience working in an administration
environment
* Excellent advanced Microsoft Excel and database experience is
essential
* Exceptional organisation and planning skills with the ability to
manage multiple projects and keep everyone informed
* An understanding of approaches to education and training
* Strong customer service background
* Results focused proven ability to work to deadlines
* Good communication and presentation skills with excellent
attention to detail
* Demonstrates flexibility and openness to change
* Is enthusiastic, resilient and consistently aims to deliver a
high-quality service
