ROLE:

Oversight and implementation of the Health Initiative Projects in
Depaul

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

* New projects operational implementation/ development
* Rota implementation and payroll
* Supervision of line reports
* Analysis of the data available on Salesforce and Socrates
* Aid in the Review of the Service Delivery Plan document for Depaul
Services
* Audit reporting
* Be responsible for the co-ordination, assessment, planning,
implementation and review of care for service users according to
service standards.
* Provide safe, comprehensive nursing care to service users within
the guidelines laid out by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.
* Manage own caseload in accordance with the needs of the post
* Manage referral process for Medical STA/LTA
* Provide medical reports where needed
* Assist in observing and ensuring implementation and adherence to
established policies and procedures e.g. health and safety, infection
control, storage and use of controlled drugs etc.
* Adhere to department policies in relation to the care and safety
of any equipment supplied for the fulfilment of duty

PERSON REQUIREMENTS:

* One year of management experience
* 1 year of experience in report writing and data analysis
* Excellent knowledge of Salesforce
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
* Ability to process and analyse different type of data
* Ability to use initiative, apply sound decision-making
* Ability to motivate staff in the provision of services to homeless
people
* Creative and energetic with the ability to work on own initiative
* Excellent time management / enabling to balance a varied workload
and to prioritise.
* Excellent negotiating, influencing and people skills.
* Excellent numerical and analytical skills
* Excellent team skills

level positions.
* All tasks should be completed in an accurate manner and supported

professional capacity.
