JOB TITLE: NATIONAL TRAINING OFFICER
Breaking Through CLG, is a national organisation established in

through the Department of Rural and Community Development.
Breaking Through co-ordinates and manages a suite of suicide
prevention training programmes such as START (Suicide Prevention
Skills Online), safeTALK (Suicide Alertness for Everyone),
Understanding Self Harm and ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills
Training) on behalf of the HSE for people in CHO2 Area (Galway, Mayo &
Roscommon), CHO7 Area (Dublin South, Kildare and West Wicklow) and
CHO6 Area (Dublin South East, Dublin South and East Wicklow).
Breaking Through wish to recruit a National Training Officer who will
be involved in planning, delivering, and evaluating evidence-based,
quality-assured suicide prevention gatekeeper training programmes for
mental health service teams and other population cohorts as required
on a national basis.
POST DETAILS
START DATE: A start date will be indicated at job offer stage.
LOCATION: The candidate will be seconded to work with the HSE National
Office for Suicide Prevention located at Stewart?s Hospital,
