Your main Duties are looking after Customer Complaints sent to you by Email, Letter or Fax and response to queries in a proffessional way.

Skills required:

Candidate has to have fluent English spoken & written
Excellent Customer SErvice Skills
Ability to work under pressure and keep deadlines
Good computer skillsCustomer Service Correspondence Role.
