As Senior Project Manager / Contracts Manager Key Accounts Manager you
will be joining a leading environmental services contractor during a
period of sustained growth and expansion. You will be joining a
company with a number of long-term frameworks already in place
throughout Ireland and UK. Due the recent award of a new long-term
contract they are seeking to recruit a Senior Project Manager /
Contracts Manager.

In your role as Senior Project Manager you will assume operational
responsibility for the successful delivery of a long-term wastewater
maintenance contract covering the whole of Ireland. Some of your
responsibilities as Senior Project Manager will include but not be
limited to:

Overall management of day to day operations relating to a large
national framework contract ensuring effective management of network
of in-house crews and subcontractors

Lead, manage, motivate and monitor the performance of your team

Attend meetings with Client, Stakeholders, Sub-Contractors

Meet regularly with members of the Senior Management Team on a formal
and informal basis to enhance team cohesiveness in striving to meet
the corporate goals of the company

Establish a programme of customer care aimed at improving customer
service

Advise on any operational issues that may impact the delivery of large
national framework contracts

Contribute to the development and implementation of internal
administrative systemsTo be considered for the role you should satisfy
the following essential criteria:

Experience in a similar Project or Contract management role within a
Civil Engineering / Utilities company.

Knowledge of drainage and minor civil engineering construction
techniques.

Degree level qualification in a relevant discipline would be
advantageous but not essential.

Over 5 years&#**Apply on the website**; experience leading a team and

Proficient user of MS Office packages.

Able to work effectively and as part of a team.

To be proactive, accurate, flexible and approachable.

Proven record of problem solving using a methodical and cost-effective
approach.

Full clean driving licence.Attractive salary and additional benefits

Location: Negotiable within Ireland as travel across Ireland will be
required. Meath, Westmeath, Dublin, Offaly, Kildare
