Key tasks:
? Production planning, the organisation of resources and technical intervention.
? The revision of batch documentation, preparation and revision of SOPs and the continuous improvement of all GMP systems are central to the role.
? The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to supervise a team focused on consistent output in a regulated area.
? He/She will be capable of additional challenges in terms of projects and continuous improvement initiatives, and will have a proven record in the production environment.
? Previous experience of the Pharmaceutical / Medical Devices industry is a requirement
Experience:
? Third-level qualification in Science/Engineering (or a related discipline)
? 2-3 years Pharmaceutical exposure at a Supervisory level.
? Strong communication skills are required.
? The ability to motivate, train and lead a small group within a team based environment is essential
This is a shift position based on a 2-cycle shift rotating weekly -
0600-1400/1400-2200, Monday-Friday
