Our Client is looking to recruit a Telesales Representative to generate business throughout Ireland. This role will primarily involve making outbound telesales calls to drive interest in the range products with appropriate decision makers in the Irish SME and corporate markets. The requirement will be to secure interest and appointments for the field based sales teams and the rewards will be directly linked to the quality of the appointments made. Ideal candidates will have experience in telesales appointment making and knowledge of the telecoms and/or IT sectors.
Essential Skills/Experience:
1/2 years telesales experience, preferably outbound.
Experience of B2B sales process.
Demonstrate a successful track record.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to generate own business, cold calling.
PC literate.
Knowledge of pipeline and database management .
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Comfortable selling/promoting technology based products.
Person Specification;
Self starter.
Target driven and motivated by success.
Ability to adapt to change, new products.
.Excellent at building and maintaining relationships.
Excellent communication skills.
Good time management.
