Total Fundraising is a professional fundraising organisation working on behalf of Ireland?s leading charities nationwide. We raise awareness for these charities, offering our charity partners expertise, fundraisers and a wide range of fundraising services, ultimately providing them with long-term, regular donations.

Key responsibilities:
? To be fully accountable for your Residential or On-Street Charity Fundraising Team.
? Manage and drive the activities of the Team on a day-to-day basis.
? Responsibility for ensuring that all Team Targets set by Coaches/Field Operations Manager are met.
? Deliver personal sales targets in line with Team Targets.
? Develop individual Team Members to realise their potential.
? Review and appraise Team Members in a timely manner, identifying training and coaching needs.
? Promote an enthusiastic and competitive atmosphere within the team, increasing motivation and results.
? Set high standards within the team for sales professionalism.
? Take ownership of and resolve all escalated queries and complaints from the team.
? Comply with the IFFDR codes of conduct, Customer care Policy of the organisation, and the
? Health and Safety Regulations that apply, ensuring at all times equality of opportunity, and reporting any non-compliance immediately.

Skills:
? A strong understanding of sales processes.
? Strong leadership and people management skills.
? Good role model and motivator - reliable, positive and enthusiastic.
? Ability to monitor levels of performance and manage them effectively.
? Works well under pressure and can meet deadlines.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Strong planning and organisation skills.
? Excellent problem solving skills.
? Ability to think creatively.

Experience:
? Experience managing a sales team, preferably within a Residential or On-Street environment.
? Proven track record of exceeding sales targets while maintaining a customer focus.
? Experience in coaching and training teams to improve their performance.
