? BSc, MSc, PhD
? Commercial development experience in Java and/or C++ and experience with Java/Eclipse development environments
? Experience in Web 2.0 Technology skills: AJAX, Javascript, XML, Dojo etc
? Experience developing in a cross-platform environment (Windows, Linux, Unix)
? Experience with Relational Databases eg DB2, SQL Server etc
? Experience within an Agile environment
? Excellent troubleshooting skills
? Excellent negotiation skills
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Passion for development
? Fluency in English
Desired
? Knowledge in technologies such as IBM Websphere Senor Events, Tivoli Maximo, Cognos, ILOG etc
? Experience in the preparation of technical documentation including software architecture and design
? Experience using Microsoft VisualStudio C/C++ in developing distributed applications (e.g. Win32, COM/DCOM experience, especially advanced features such as security)
? CRM experience
