Description
Service Office Receptionist required. The main responsibilities of the receptionist are as follows: answer the phone, transferring calls, taking messages; booking boardrooms; meeting and greeting visitors and ensure that all visitors sign in / out; accepting / checking and signing for deliveries; dealing with occupants requests; ensuring the provision as required of a range of services; keeping up to date the tenants cost sheets for billing purposes; working with the Office Manager to ensure the property is properly maintained (i.e., keeping track of contractors visits); sorting incoming and franking outgoing mail; national and international courier deliveries; ordering of supplies and stationery;. The successful candidate will: be highly motivated and organised; possess good interpersonal skills; be eager to learn; pay attention to detail; have an excellent telephone manner.

Salary: €19,000 pa
