Housekeeping Assistant (CE Scheme)

The main duties include: cleaning bathrooms, bedrooms, buffing floors, hallways and communal areas; general cleaning of building, kitchen work, handling storage, moving and preparation of large food stocks; operation of industrial washers and dryers, use of detergents and bleach; collection and handling of used blankets and bed linen, folding and storage of clean laundry. The housekeeping assistant will work with cooperatively with the shelter or residential team. See CE eligibility link above. Job location: Cork Simon Communitys Quay Complex, Cork City or Cork Simon Residential Houses (various locations around Cork City)
