Administrative Assistant
The objective of the Administrative Assistant is to provide administrative support to the CE Supervisor. The Administrative Assistant will be based in the Cork Simon Community Anderson’s Quay Complex, Cork.



Some of the key tasks involved in the role are as follows:

- Typing, filing, photocopying duties

- Assist in maintaining staff records of attendance, leave and training

- Develop quarterly CE bulletin for the sharing of news and other specific CE information

- Assist in maintaining and updating CE personnel files as required

- Assist with circulation of minutes, notifications and other meeting materials as needed
