support/expedite all aspects of sourcing transactions, from SOW
review, supplier assessments, RFPs, negotiations, and vendor
management, across all spend categories. The Strategic Sourcing Junior
Analyst will collaborate closely with various business partners across
the world for their procurement needs. In this position, the Strategic
Sourcing Junior Analyst will get a broad understanding of Twitter?s
overall business, be provided with great visibility and understanding
across the organization, and be responsible for supporting the
Strategic Sourcing team and all Twitter employees and all employees.
What You&aposll Do:
Sourcing Related
Collect supplier requirements from Twitter employees across the world,
clarifying needs and expectations, supporting documentation to ensure
accuracy
Support Sourcing team to capture product and service specifications
from business owners for contracting activities and vendor business
reviews.
Assist in the review of contractual terms including privacy,
information security, legal and other business terms
Provide insight into delays in execution, support escalations, provide
internal customer support
Business Partner Related
Collaborate as needed with each and every person in the organization
in a personable, approachable manner with patience and accurate
communication
Support internal customers by facilitating accurate and favorable
transactions, and on-going supplier management and accountability
Communicate with Business Partners, coworkers and management in a
clear, concise and timely manner

You have a passion for sourcing and contracting with suppliers:
experience in procurement, consulting or account management
Demonstrated skills in rigorous, data driven analyses that drive
creative problem solving, proposal preparation, and negotiation
Excellent attention to detail (including reviewing contacts) with
complex information
Demonstrated skills in rigorous, fact-based analyses that drive
creative problem solving, proposal preparation, and negotiation
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (project management
experience is highly preferred) in a fast-paced environment
