Cappoquin Chickens was founded in the early 1920\'s in the West Waterford town of Cappoquin; it has evolved into a leading poultry processor in Ireland.

Cappoquin Chickens was purchased in 2008 by its currents owners Mr.Perwaiz Latif, Mr.Zahid Hussain and Mr.Tom Vaughan.
Using the management experience they have gained while working in the UK market they aim to continue the high level of growth the business has experienced since its purchase.

Our state of the art facility has a production capacity in excess of over 500,000 units a week and using our fully refrigerated fleet we service the Republic of Ireland, Wales, UK retail market and further processors.
