Experienced Chef wanted to manage city centre commercial kitchen. Previous experience managing a commercial kitchen is essential. Applicants must have previous management experience, managing staff, stock control, HACCAP etc. Applicants must be a self starter, Computer literate, enthusiastic and highly motivated. You must have fluent English and be legally eligible to work in Ireland and the EEA. Skills Requirements
Qualified Chef with Commercial Kitchen Management experience. Computer literate. Fluent English. Able to work from 12am to 8am during training period. Able to manage staff.
