Responsibilities: Dealing with business sector customers you will receive incoming email requests looking to resolve technical issues relating to online applications. Using the internal computer system you will log tickets, open cases and track communications and escalate to level 2 support. You will provide a high level of support in a timely manner, ensuring outstanding levels of customer service to worldwide application users.Working as part of a team you will achieve and maintain service level statistics as defined.
