Test Operator
Test Operator - Shannon

Setup of test benches.Testing electronic products.Support in-house 1st line maintenance of test benches and equipment.Debug of faulty PCBs using relevant schematics and diagnostic test equipment. Provide first line support to the test processes to ensure specified productivity targets are consistently achieved. Provide data support on failure analysis to the Quality and Test Engineering functions. Work with Test Engineering to resolve technical process and product failure issues.Help to optimise the test, debug and repair processes to eliminate waste.Carry out any necessary corrective actions to the process when required. Log traceability, debug and repair information.Maintain a high level of house keeping and ensure a safe working environment.

Skills Requirements
? Ability to read schematics. ? Skilled use of standard debug tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, ICT ? Excellent working knowledge of SMT & PCB manufacturing standards. ? PC literate and a working knowledge of UNIX would be useful. ? Be familiar with electronic testing techniques. ? Understand the fundamentals of electronics. ? Be familiar with ESD requirements. ? Positive attitude with good interpersonal skills ? Punctual and reliable ? Ability to work and succeed in team environment.
