YOUR NEW COMPANY

Your new company, based in Wicklow, is a leading?provider of a large
range of supports and services for adults with intellectual
disabilities. Their main aim is to empower their clients with the
necessary skills and tools to live full and satisfying lives as equal
citizens of their local communities.?They are passionate about the
provision of support structures which are appropriate to the
individual?s age and ability. and consistently maintain the?highest
standards of professional care within the resources available.

YOUR NEW ROLE

As Day Service Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient,
effective day to day management of the specified locations and the
creation of an atmosphere conducive to the best interests of the
client?s and staff. You will monitor and audit the delivery of care
so as to establish that professional standards are being met, while
also, assisting the Senior Services Manager in regard to compiling and
presenting reports as required.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

In order to succeed in your new role, you will hold a relevant Level 8
Social Care degree, as well as a qualification in Health or Social
Care Management. In addition to this you will have recent and relevant
experience working in the Intellectual Disability sector, as well as
previous supervisory or management experience. You will have the
ability to manage budget and delivery of service excellence, and
excellent time management skills.
