YOUR NEW COMPANY

Your new company, based in the North County Dublin and surrounding
areas, is a leading?provider of a large range of supports and
services for children and adults. They provide residential care and
day packages to enable people who need support across the areas of
mental health, disability, aftercare, elderly, transitional and
mainstream social care.?

YOUR NEW ROLE

As Social Care Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient,
effective day to day management of a Residential Service for Children,
and the creation of an atmosphere conducive to the best interests of
the client?s and staff. You will monitor and audit the delivery of
care so as to establish that professional standards are being met,
while also, assisting the Senior Services Manager in regard to
compiling and presenting reports as required.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

In order to succeed in your new role, you will hold a relevant Level 8
Social Care degree, as well as a qualification in Health or Social
Care Management. In addition to this you will have recent and relevant
knowledge of the residential sector, as well as previous supervisory
or management experience. You will have the ability to manage budget
and delivery of service excellence, and excellent time management
skills.
