YOUR NEW ROLE

As Area Service Manager, you will be responsible for the entirety of
the management and performance of assigned services in line with good
professional practice and subject to agreed policy directives and
priorities. You will contribute and support the organisations key
priorities as identified through the Head of Services and Senior
Management Team including annual budget development and oversight, as
well as participate in and contribute to service planning and
development.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

In order to succeed in your new role, you will hold a relevant Level 8
Social Care degree, as well as a post graduate qualification in Health
or Social Care Management. In addition to this you will have recent
and relevant experience working in the Intellectual Disability sector,
as well as previous supervisory or management experience. You will
have the ability to manage budget and delivery of service excellence,
and operational knowledge of HIQA regulations.
