Our Head Chef, Deirdre Clinton together with her team of award-winning chefs, have created a new, exciting and mouth-watering menu. All dishes are freshly prepared and cook to order. Further add to the enjoyment of your dining experience, we also have an excellent wine list carefully selected to suit our customers’ taste.

For those who wish to avail of the total hospitality of the Inn, we have 5 en-suite bedrooms and a fully-equipped self-contained cottage with expansive Atlantic or Blue Stack Mountain views.

Kitchen Porter/Cleaner

Working as part of a team in a busy kitchen assisting with the smooth running of the kitchen production areas complying with all HACCP and health and safety regulations. Washing dishes manually and also using the dishwasher. Cleaning and storing away pots, pans and any other kitchen utensils. Sweeping and mopping the kitchen floor. Emptying bins when they are full. Keeping the bin storage area clean and tidy. Keeping the storerooms well stocked and organised at all times. Complying with the daily cleaning rotas. Taking all dirty linen and cloths from the kitchen to the laundry room and start washing and drying cycle. Accepting food deliveries from suppliers and storing them. Ensuring that at the end of the shift the kitchen is ready for the next shift staff.

Skills Requirements
An enthusiastic, confident and hardworking person with a willingness to handle various responsibilities, follow instructions and work under supervision. Possessing a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance, approachable and friendly. Physically fit and able to lift heavy weights. Focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service. Willing to work evenings and weekends. Knowledge of the hospitality industry preferably but not essential.

Salary: €9.00ph - €9.00ph
