Our Client is Amgen and the role will be based in their Dun Laoghaire plant. The plant is one of the most dynamic in Ireland and is currently undergoing rapid expansion and capital investment.
Job Description
Primary objective is to support the design, review and integration effort for the project Hawk Packaging project. To support and execute SAT testing on behalf of the end user.
In-depth experience as an Automation Engineer in controls and software
Ability to develop system documentation package from scratch.
Includes conceptual design during quotation phase, knowledge of applicable codes, selection of hardware components, provide technical guidance for manuals, etc.
Extensive PLC programming and applications experience, along with knowledge of OEM equipment and industrial automation.
GAMP and 21 CFR Part 11 Knowledge Essential
Experience in PLCs, HMIs, and networks with a robust experience & strong
Strong communicator and proven ability to work within a team environment and maintain focus on key objectives
Technical proficiency in all modern Automation technologies and applications
Proficiency in MS-Office
Requirements:
Experience in Siemens PLC / HMI, Elau, Systech and Packaging Equipment required.
Engineering/Software Degree / Diploma or equivalent
Proven problem solver with involvement in several successful automated control system preferably with Packaging OEM equipment
5 to 10 or more years experience in the following.
Package:
Minimum 6 month contract
Rate ?50 - ?60 per hour
