Senior Administrator - Legal Department
Nicholas Howard Limited are delighted to be recruiting a new and
exciting role as a Senior Administrator ? Legal Team.

Based in Dublin, this role can be worked part time or full time.
Providing administrative support to the Hiring Manager and Company
Secretariat, including organising meetings, document filing and
retention, travel and expenses and finance related tasks for engaging
service providers e.g. law firms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Personal Assistant to Legal Counsel for UK and Ireland as well as
admin support for Company Secretarial team based in Ireland. ?
* Providing support to business stakeholders in coordinating signature
requests, notary apostille. ?
* All aspects of office administration for Legal Services ? diary
management, travel, processing expenses (Concur). ?
* Ability to facilitate in the organising of Board Meetings (meeting
rooms, compiling Board documents and minutes). ?
* Produce high quality legal documentation, including letters, emails,
presentation materials and other items using Microsoft office. ?
* Ability to work from manuscript document mark ups to high standards
of accuracy and frequently working to tight deadlines. ?
* Management of fast paced turnaround of service required to support
Legal team to respond quickly and accurately. ?
* Processing invoices and purchase orders for Legal department (SAP).
?
* Filing and document retention. ?
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
