Voice of Irish Concern for the Environment (VOICE): Programme Administrator - Picker Pals
PROGRAMME ADMINISTRATOR: PICKER PALS

An exciting position within the VOICE team, helping to grow and
administer the Picker Pals programme as it extends to **Apply on the
website** classrooms in the **Apply on the website** school year.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Work closely with the Programme Manager, Founder and Social Media
team to ensure the smooth onboarding of schools into the Picker Pals
programme and their successful participation throughout the **Apply on
the website** school year
* Handle all communication with participating schools, distributing
information and responding to teacher queries
* Maintain and develop database
* Streamline and manage the research process to identify more
efficient ways of recruiting programme participants
* Develop a process of contacting multiple potential participants
and efficiently familiarising them with the programme
* Undertake various miscellaneous research and marketing projects as
required
* Increase the profile of the Picker Pals programme, telling the
story of its successes

MUST HAVES

* Strong written and spoken communication skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Google Drive and cloud collaboration
programmes such as Dropbox
* The ability to write and answer a large number of daily emails
* Experience of database management
* Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets
* A driven approach to getting the most out of every hour of the day
* Strong administration and organisational skills
* Flexibility, understanding and enthusiasm for the Picker Pals
programme and its mission
* A passionate desire to make the world a better place by creating
young environmentalists

MIGHT HAVES

* A background in project management, HR, sales and marketing or
customer service
* Experience working in a primary school or other educational
context
* Experience working on environmental awareness or attitudinal
change campaigns

TERMS

* Remote, office-based or blended

environmentalists by leading their families on local litter-picking
