YOUR NEW ROLE
As a Social Care Worker, you will play an important role in ensuring
young people achieve their full potential. You will assist them in
building on their strengths and abilities, while maintaining a
positive and trustworthy relationship with them and their families.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
In order to succeed in your new role, you will hold a Level 7/8 Degree
in Social Care. In addition to this, you will have experience in
working in a Social Care Worker role preferably in a residential
centre. You will be open to working set shift patterns in the service
and ideally have a full clean driver?s licence.
