Family Carers Ireland (FCI) is _the _national charity supporting over

children or adults with physical or intellectual disabilities, frail
older people, those with palliative care needs or those living with
chronic illnesses or addiction. We provide a range of services and

Family Carers Ireland is seeking an efficient and dynamic candidate to
fill the role of _NATIONAL EMERGENCY RESPITE SERVICE CO-ORDINATOR.
_The successful candidate will co-ordinate Family Carers Ireland?s
new national emergency respite service, funded by the HSE. They will
also be required to think and act quickly and creatively to meet the
needs of the family carer.

ROLE CRITERIA:

The successful candidate should possess the following ESSENTIAL
criteria.

* Level 7 qualification in Health/Social Care, Business
Administration or other relevant area;
* At least TWO YEARS? EXPERIENCE working in a homecare setting is
essential;
* Strong administrative skills are essential tied with an ability to
manage set budgets and ensure a smooth delivery the service throughout
the designated area;
* Excellent IT Skills - mainly MS Word, Excel, Outlook. Experience
of automating administration processes will be a distinct advantage;
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish
rapport with a diverse range of people;
* Experience in managing a diverse workload and reporting to
internal and external stakeholders;
* The ability to prioritise tasks and work within a dynamic
environment including effective time management and organisation
skills with the ability to manage multiple activities and keep
stakeholders informed;
* Experience working in a highly confidential environment;
* A strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail;
* Fluency in English (written and verbal);
* Full drivers? licence, with access to car.

creative solutions;
* Flexibility in attitude and approach to the job and a willingness

TERMS & CONDITIONS: FIXED TERM CONTRACT UP TO DECEMBER **APPLY ON THE
