Assist the Construction Director with:
? Pre-acquisition site suitability assessment
? Identify Consultant Team
? Contractor procurement
? Collating contract documents
? Coordinating design development
? Project monitoring ? all aspects including programme, quality,
H&S, commercial, neighbourly, stakeholder and all related project
matters.
? Research new markets
? Reporting
