JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for the provision of support services to
people who are, who have been homeless or are at risk of becoming
homeless, in the Galway County Area. The role is aimed at helping
people to secure appropriate accommodation and to sustain their
Tenancies. The jobholder will be responsible for co-ordinating a broad
range of care and supports as appropriate to the needs of clients, who
are part of their caseload. The role entails a key process of
undertaking comprehensive needs assessments with clients at risk of
homelessness and implementing strategies to have those needs met.
