Your New Company

_YOU WILL_ be joining a well-established Dublin based Architectural
Practice who have built a solid reputation within the industry and
across Ireland with their work across the Masterplanning, Residential,
Commercial, and Interior sectors, where they have completed and are
currently working on a number of prestigious projects, working in
close-knit with both private and public clients, who range from hugely
successful developers to educational institutions, to county councils.

Aside from their work, this practice also has a great reputation as a
great company to work for and have an extremely low staff turnover, by

Your New RoleYou will be joining the team as a Senior Architectural
Technologist, where you will be working alongside the Director, with a
talented team of both Architects and Architectural Technologists,
where you will be mainly focused on working on large scale residential
developments, consisting of a mix of both apartment blocks and
housing, working on a number of exciting projects which range from
several hundred units to well over a thousand units.

Within this role, you will be given a leading role where you will work
closely with management and wider team but also be given the
opportunity to lead and run your own projects and manage teams.

_REQUIREMENTS_

_YOU WILL_ need to be an RIAI Registered Architect (or equivalent) who
has gained over **Apply on the website** years&#**Apply on the
website**; experience.

Strong experience working in the residential sector is a necessity,
where you have lead projects from inception through to completion,
where you have worked directly with clients and been involved with
projects throughout the construction stages.

You must also be a proficient user of AutoCAD, but Revit would also be
a strong advantage.

You must also have a strong knowledge and understanding of the current
Irish Building Regulations.
