PA / Administration Co-ordinator - Amgen - Dublin

Our Client is Amgen and the role will be based in their Dun Laoghaire plant. The plant is one of the most dynamic in Ireland and is currently undergoing rapid expansion and capital investment.
Job Description:
This is a high profile Admin Co-ordinator / PA role which will focus on the provision of administrative support to a number of Executive Directors & Directors from different business functions providing an efficient, comprehensive and confidential support services.
Key responsibilities:
Diary Management and organisation of activities/travel arrangements
Organisation of meetings
Expenses administration
Financial administration (purchase orders, invoices)
Production of monthly management cascade communication
Customer Service – handles enquiries from internal stakeholders
Project Training Coordinator
On boarding and off boarding of project staff
Generation of presentations
Management of SharePoint sites.
Personal Attributes:
Planning and organisation
Self confident and assertive in working with senior management
Attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Proactive/solution orientated approach
Personal accountability to see matters through to completion
Competent user of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.
Requirements
Experience in personal assistant/secretarial support roles to Director Level
Excellent literacy and numeracy skills, with strong attention to detail
Competent in MS office tools – Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
Experience of organising congresses/meetings involving stakeholders from multiple organisations, both local and international
Familiarity with use of: SAP, Concur, Ariba and other IS systems.
Package:
Contract runs till June 2015 minimum
Rate: €20 - 25 per hour dependant on experience
