EARLY YEARS SERVICE MANAGER

St. Benedicts, a community-based resource centre based in Kilbarrack,
wishes to recruit an Early Years? Service Manager.

Reporting to the BOM, the manager will ensure high standards of care,
education, safety and well-being of children, their families, and our
staff.

The early years? service provides care to approximately **Apply on

a part-time basis.

ABOUT ST. BENEDICTS

St. Benedict?s has been providing a service within the local

St. Benedict's Resource Centre is passionate about providing a wide
range of activities to encourage all living within our community and
surrounding areas, to be socially active in a safe and fun
environment.? We do this by providing access to services, such as our
early years? service, that meet the needs of members of the
community at affordable prices.

To achieve our vision, we require our staff to be friendly,
approachable, courteous and provide a high level of customer services
to our Centre Users.? Our staff are supported by on site management
and a voluntary Board of Management. St. Benedict?s receive funding
for some roles through Pobal under the community Services Programme.?
We also provide meaningful work placements to a number of local people
through the local Community Employment CE and TUS Schemes.?
