PERSON IN CHARGE (PIC)

FULL TIME POSITION

ENNIS, CO. CLARE

We are seeking applications from energetic and enthusiastic
individuals to join our team for the above position. The successful
candidate will be afforded all necessary training and development in
line with the role. Candidates must be highly motivated, creative and
experienced with a passion for engaging with clients on a daily basis.

SELECTION PROCESS

* Competency based interview against criteria for the role
* Competency Framework Evaluation conducted against role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Delivering the service in line with our Mission, Vision and Values
* Taking responsibility for all aspects of service provision within
the centre **Apply on the website**/7, **Apply on the website** days a
year
* Overseeing the service 5/7, and as necessary across shifts, to
ensure effective and efficient services are delivered within the
centre
* Developing and support the team to maintain high quality, safe
services
* Engaging fully with initial and ongoing assessments of need for
each Service User within the centre, ensuring that identified needs
are reflected in associated
* Personal Plans and that all staff are fully informed and equipped
to serve those needs
* Fostering good relationships between staff members, departments,
and other networks to ensure Service Users receive the best possible
quality of service from the wider team.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

* Level 8 Degree in Social Studies with a management qualification in
Healthcare
* 3 years minimum managerial experience within a similar social care
setting
* Full clean Driving Licence
