JOB BRIEF

We are looking for an Administration Assistant to support the Chief
Executive Officer (CEO) and who will also provide some support to the
Director of Philanthropy. A multi-tasker, to provide administrative
support to the office of the CEO. Duties may be clerical,
administrative, and project-based, meeting management, arranging
meetings, handling information requests, preparing reports and
correspondence and liaising with board members and other stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Diary management and co-ordination
* Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external
clients
* Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
* Generate and produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
* Prepare documents for CEO's signature.
* Take minutes during meetings.
* Devise and maintain filing system.
* Manage information flow in a timely manner
* Devise and maintain filing system.
* Schedule meetings for the Director of Philanthropy, assist with
events and provide report formatting and proofing.
* Provide ongoing administrative support within the Development
Team, including in planning and following up on meetings with donors
and prospective donors
* Data entry, management and analysis using Salesforce CRM platform

KEY REQUIREMENTS

* Have at least two years? experience in a busy administrative role
* Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
* Show proficiency in the application of Microsoft Office suite and
Salesforce or similar CRM system
* Good and written communication skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
* Knowledge of the charity sector would be beneficial
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Eligibility to work in Ireland
