Responsibilities:
• Your main goal will be to drive casino operations further and to manage the marketing plans shared across all regulated and non-regulated markets.
• You need to run daily reports and make sure that no user is abusing any bonus or promotions.
• You will create, maintain, run and optimize campaigns, leader boards and competitions, reporting on KPI’s and continuously analysing game offerings to improve player satisfaction.
• Managing the operations to ensure Casino client and website reflect current and relevant promotional activity, planned marketing campaigns
• Liaise with other product development departments internally including UX, Design and Compliance to ensure that key stages in each product delivery are met on time and are best in class.
• Monitor competitor websites, understanding how they are leveraging Platform and Back Office functionality to deliver a best-in-class user experience, and see how similar functionality could work for us.
• You will be Creating new bonus admin events based on specific wagering requirements
• Ensuring weekly and monthly analytics are designed and delivered on time and with accurate data
Skills and Experience required:
• Previous experience with online casino operations is essential
• Solid understanding of the iGaming industry
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
• Analytical, results-oriented and ROI centric
• Degree educated – Business/Marketing
Desirable:
• Previous experience with CRM management is plus
• Experience within an international environment and a 2nd language will be extremely useful
• Experience with Microgaming software
